Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg Boneless Chicken
- 1 teaspoon of garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon of white pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons of white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powdeer
- 2 teaspoons of oil
- 3 teaspoons of chilli sauce
- 3 teaspoons of yougart
- 1 pack of pitta bread (Shawarma bread)
- 1 cup of sliced onions
- Salad leaves as per need
Tahini Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons of Tahini
- 1/2 cup of yougart
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper
How To Make:
Cut boneless chicken into strips shaped then each strips will be marinate for one hour with one tablespoon garlic paste, white pepper, salt, soy sauce, white vinegar,cinnamon powder , chili sauce and yogurt. Now in a frying pan, heat two tablespoons of oil then put then marinate strips of chicken in the and fry for ten until its cook. Now take an pitta bread (Shawarma Bread) and put cooked strips of chicken on it and dressed with tahini sauce, onions, and salad leaves and cover it. Serve with tahini sauce or chilli sauce.
