Ingredients:
1 Kg Chicken ( Cut into 16 Pieces)
1/4 Cup of Oil
1 Tbsp of Garlic and Ginger Paste
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of Paprika Powder
1 Pinch of Orange Color
1/2 tsp of Black Pepper powder
1 cup of Water
1/2 cup of Tomato ketchup
1 tsp Oregano Leaves
1 Cup of White Sauce
1 Green Capsicum (Cut into Ring or Circle Shape)
1 Onion (Cut into Ring or Circle Shape)
Ingredients for White Sauce:
2 Tbsp of Butter
2 Tbsp of Fine Flour
1/2 tsp of Salt
1/2 tsp of Black pepper (powder form)
1/2 tsp Paprika powder
1 Cup of Milk
Water as per needed for sauce
Ingredients For Fried Rice:
4 Cup of Rice (Boiled)
1/4 Cup of Oil
1 Tbsp of Garlic (Chopped)
1 Tbsp of Salt
1/2 tsp of White pepper
1 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
1 Cup of Carrot (Into Cut Form)
1 Cup of Leek (Chopped)
How To Make:
Firstly made white sauce in a separate pan by adding butter, fine flour, salt, black pepper powder,
paprika powder, milk and needed water and mix the ingredients and cook with normal heat until its look like thick. Now for making chicken take again separate pan pour the oil into it and heat it add garlic paste with the chicken and fried it for 10 minutes now add salt, paprika, orange food color, black pepper and one cup of water after adding these things covered the pan for 15 minutes for cook. After 15 minutes add ketchup, oregano leaves, white sauce, green capsicum and onion and cook for 10 minutes. Finally for making fried rice take a pan pour the oil and heat it now put garlic into the pan and fried it until its seems like golden brown now add rice, salt, soy sauce, white pepper, carrot and leek and mix it. Now serve chicken recipe with fried rice.
