Ingredients:
- 2 chicken legs
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 cups of rice
- A cup of ghee
- 2 onions (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
- 4 pieces of green chilli
- Salt as per taste
- 6 pieces of cardamom (crushed and small)
- Half cup of yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger & garlic paste
- 10 pieces of Almonds (boiled)
- A cup raisins
How to Make:
Take two pieces of Chicken leg and Chicken Breast. Then soak the rice washed after this take an large deep pot add ghee in it with chopped onions and cook until the chopped onions color turned into golden brown. When chopped onions seems like golden brown take out this from the pot. Now put the leg and breast pieces in the pot and let that dry. After this put white vinegar, salt, pepper, cardamom, ginger garlic paste, yogurt and fry well. Now slightly fry the almonds and raisins. Then put two to three cups of water and cook rice when the water comes to the boil cover the pot from its cap and wait when steam comes up from the rice. Now rice is ready with chicken pieces.Take the dish out and garnish with fried onions and served.
