Ingredients:
- ½ kg fish fillet
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon cumin (whole)
- 2 to 3 pieces of garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 to 4 pieces of red chilli (finely chopped and fresh)
- 2 pieces of bay leaves (tej patta)
- 1 red colored capsicum (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon of coriander (crushed)
- 1 tablespoon cumin (crushed)
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper (powder)
- 1 tablespoon of turmeric
- Salt as per taste you required
- 2 potatoes (small sliced cut)
- 3 tomatoes (boiled and finely cut)
- 1 cup of water
How To Make:
Heat the oil in pan first then put cumin (whole) and cook it for few seconds. After that put garlic pieces (finely chopped),onion(finely chopped),red chilli(finely chopped),bay leaves and red capsicum(finely chopped) into the oil pan. Now add in coriander(crushed), cumin(crushed),cayenne pepper powder,salt and turmeric and mix it until 3 to 4 minutes. Then the potatoes, add the tomatoes and a cup of water and cook covered so that the potatoes are soft.Now add the cubes of fish and steam cook for two to three minutes. Then heat a little bit faster and fry after that serve hot.
