Ingredients:
- ½ kg chicken fillet (breast,boneless pieces)
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon Chinese salt
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- Oil for frying
For Buttering:
- 2 teaspoons of cornstarch
- ¼ teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of corn flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of rice flour
- Water as per need
- ½ teaspoon salt
For Coating:
- 1 cup of corn flakes
- 1 cup of bread crumbs
- Burger buns as per need
- Mayonnaise as per need
- Salad leaves as per need
- Cheese slices as per need
How to Make:
Take the chicken pieces and put all spices in it after that mix with hands and let it be marinate in chicken for few hours (1 to 4 hours). After that for buttering mix all ingredients in a bowl and beat the ingredients until the mixture seems thick. After that for coating mix all the ingredients together. Now dips the marinate chicken into the butter after dipping coat with coating which you already ready before this step. Fry the pieces until the piece seem gold brown. Now cut the buns into two pieces and dressed with mayonnaise,salad leaves, cheese slices and chicken pieces. Served with chilli sauce and chips.
