Ingredients:
- ½ kg chicken thigh pieces
- 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon of garlic paste
- Half or centered piece of bamboos shoot
- 8 to 10 pieces of button mushrooms
- 2 to 3 pieces of black mushrooms
- 2 pieces of green onions
- 4 to 5 pieces of baby corn
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- Salt as for taste desire
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of corn flour
How To Make:
First make chicken into boneless the cut it in Julian style then baby corn, black mushrooms and button mushrooms also cut lengthwise.Take a pan and heat the oil then out garlic paste in it. when garlic paste is start ripen the add chicken in it and cook until the chicken color turn into golden shaded. After this add bamboos shoot,button mushrooms,black mushrooms,green onions and baby corn then mix these things and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add into fish sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, salt and black pepper crushed (powder) and cook it for 1 to 3 minutes after this add water. mix the corn flour into the water for thicken the sauce. Serve the with any kind of rice.
